About Avansia klinikken
Avansia Klinikken was established by three dedicated professionals, Zaneta, Ann-Kristin and Synne, in the fall of 2025. Through the establishment process, they have developed a strong working relationship and have participated in many inspiring evening meetings to ensure a solid foundation for the clinic's services.
The clinic's core value is "helping to help oneself." We aim to assist patients on their journey towards improved health, by providing competent guidance and support that promotes independence and quality of life. Our approach focuses on equipping patients with the tools and resources that empower them to take control of their own health and well-being.

Collaboration with the Ny Giv Center
NY GIV Senteret has a close collaboration with Avansia klinikken. NY GIV Senteret focuses on Physical and Mental training - we help you find the form of training that suits you and your situation.
The training approach in strength training uses Redcord slings, free weights, balance pads, and your own body weight.
For Mental Training/Coaching, the "Best You" model is used. Coaching is most effective when two factors are present; you are willing to grow, and there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be. That is all that is needed for the Coach to help you solve problems, create and implement a new action plan, and create a new life that you would rather live.
In Breathing Guidance we help you become aware of your breathing pattern. The way you breathe affects you and your health. Changing your breathing pattern can promote your health, reduce stress levels, improve sleep and help you cope with difficult situations.
